Choose carefully to avoid buying fake and shoddy products.

2. Check whether the adhesive parts are loose.

By the combination of two or more parts of the accessories, between the parts is by pressing, bonding or welding, they are not allowed to loose phenomenon, such as the oil pump plunger and adjusting arm is through the combination of pressing; The clutch from the driving wheel and the steel sheet is riveted, the friction sheet and the steel sheet is riveted or bonded; Paper filter element framework and filter paper is bonded; Wires for electrical equipment are welded together. If found to be loose when buying, should be replaced.

3. Check whether the rotating parts are flexible.

When choosing oil pump and other rotating parts assembly, rotate pump shaft by hand, should feel flexible without stuck; When purchasing rolling bearings, one hand supports the inner ring of bearings, the other hand spins the outer ring, the outer ring should be able to rotate quickly and freely, and then gradually stop. If the rotating parts do not work, internal rust or deformation, do not buy.

4. See if the assembly parts have no missing parts.

Regular assembly components must be complete and intact to ensure smooth assembly and normal operation. If some small parts on the assembly parts are not installed, the assembly parts will not work or even scrap.

5. See if the geometry is deformed.

Some parts due to manufacturing, transportation, storage of improper, easy to produce deformation. When checking, the shaft parts can be rolled along the glass plate for a circle to see if there is light leakage at the fitting of the parts and the glass plate to judge whether it is bent; Optional clutch driven disc steel plate or friction plate, steel plate, friction plate can be held in front of the eye to observe whether it is warped; When choosing oil seal, the end face of oil seal with skeleton should be circular, and can fit with plate glass without deflection; The outer edge of the oil seal without skeleton should be correct, and it should be deformed by hand. After letting go, it should be able to restore the original state. When purchasing all kinds of padding, you should also pay attention to check the geometric size and shape.

6. See if the binding part is smooth.

Parts in the handling, storage process, due to vibration, knock, often produce burr, indentation, damage or crack in the combination of parts, affecting the use of parts. Pay attention to check when purchasing.

7. See if there is rust on the surface of the parts.

The surface of qualified parts has both a certain precision and a polished finish. The more important parts, the higher the precision, the more strict the anti-rust and anti-corrosion packaging. When purchasing, attention should be paid to check, if parts are found to have rust spots, mildew spots or rubber parts cracked, lost elasticity, or the journal surface has obvious turning grain, should be replaced.

8. Check whether the protective surface is in good condition.

Most parts are coated with protective coating when they leave the factory. Such as piston pin, bearing with paraffin protection; The piston ring and cylinder liner are coated with anti-rust oil and wrapped with wrapping paper; The valve, piston and so on are soaked in anti-rust oil and wrapped in plastic bags. When choosing, if the sealing sleeve is damaged, the wrapping paper is lost, and the loss of anti-rust oil or paraffin wax, it should be returned and replaced.
